Please note a few essential changes to our working practice in these difficult times, these have been implemented to protect ourselves and our customers and families.
We have now taken the decision to begin reopening on a phased basis throughout the week commencing 5thMay. Initially this will be on reduced hours and I will be working alone for the first week or so.
I hope that you can respect this decision and be assured that I will be following strict government guidelines to ensure the heath and wellbeing for all.
As of now, no customers will be allowed past the entrance lobby area. In the event of there being another customer in the lobby, please wait outside at least 2 metres away from the door, on the club steps where possible to keep the pavement clear. We will of course do our very best to ensure customers do not arrive at the same time.
Hand washing is available in the area behind the notice board in the lobby area.
All surfaces in the lobby area will be cleaned in between each customer arrival.
All dogs will be put on one of our sanitised leads and you will be required to take your collar and lead home with you and bring back on return.
Where possible, please include your trip to Hot Dogs as part of your daily exercise allowance.
We will be offering a collection and drop off service where possible for our elderly and vulnerable customers, this will need to be pre booked and instructions on how this will work will be provided at the time of booking.
Preferred payment for services will now be bank transfer before collection. Contact less payments are also available and where the amount is over £45 two transactions will be required.
We are trying to avoid cash payments at this time but when this is the only available option please ensure you have the correct monies and place in a plastic bag or envelope.
I would like to wish all our customers good health and thank you for your patience and understanding with these essential measures.
If you have queries or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me, alternatively if you would like a copy of these instructions emailing through please contact email@example.com
